Dorothy Alexina Levert (née Larocque) passed away after a brief illness, at the Montfort Hospital on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Beloved wife of Jean-Paul Levert. Loving mother of the late Mario Levert (Tracy), Sylvain Levert (Janet), Martin Levert (Marjolaine) and Sophie Levert (late Ryan Currier). Proud grandmother to Jonathan (Sative), Melissa (Jean-François), Zachary, Jeremy, Vincent, Audrey, Jackson & Addison; great-grandmother to Olivia & Luka. Dear sister of Raymond (Lise), Madeleine (Raymond) and Lorraine (Raymond). Predeceased by her parents Flora Dupuis and Euclide Larocque. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and daughter-in-law Josée. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 9 -11am. A Liturgy of the Word will be said in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11 am. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Dorothy a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
