The death occurred on January 06, 2023 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital of Robert Lee Crane of Charlottetown, formerly of St. Patrick’s Road In his 79th year. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Donnelly). Loving uncle of Cory (Tracy) MacDonald; special poppy to Natalie and Paige MacDonald. Also survived by his siblings, Joan McCreight, Dorothy Vaile (Clifford), and Kenny Crane (Donna); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Bertha Crane; his sisters Joyce Crane, and Shirley (Gordon) MacDonald; brothers and sisters in-law, Maurice McCreight, Stephen and Doris Macdonald as well as nephew, Vernon MacDonald. Resting at North Shore funeral home in Morell for visitation on Monday, January 9, 2023 from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral service to be held at North Shore Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 10:30 AM. Interment in St. Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Teresa.
