Yves passed away peacefully at home at only 58 years old. Beloved husband of Maureen and loving father, Papa d’amour, of Emilie. Forever remembered by his mother Jeannine and her partner Gérard, brother Jean (Brunelle), sisters Carole and Denise (Stéphane), and nephews and nieces Samuel (Marie-Laurence), Frédéric (Anne-Marie), Édith (Tommy), and Michaël, along with his first wife, Emilie’s mother, Hélène. He will also be greatly missed by Maureen’s and Hélène’s families, and countless friends. Predeceased by his father Louis (1989).
Yves worked hard all his life and was always willing to help a friend. His generous nature included over 30 years of service with Lions Club International and supporting numerous charities.
In lieu of flowers, please raise a glass of Glenfiddich and consider a donation to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
Cremation has taken place, burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Orangeville, in the Spring. A Celebration of Life is being planned for early 2023.
