William “Willy” Harold Bjurstrom, of Miramichi, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, at the age of 86.
Born in Miramichi, he was the son of the late Elof and Louise (McMahon) Bjurstrom. He was a woods worker and a member of Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.
The family will receive relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 18, 2022,from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 2 pm, from St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, with Father Godwin officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Cardiac Unit at Saint John Regional Hospital.
