William Thomas (Tom) Forke of Reston, Manitoba and formerly of Pipestone, Manitoba passed away at Virden Health Centre Sunday, May 8, 2022 at the age of 83 years.
The funeral service will be held at Pipestone Community Hall, Pipestone, Manitoba Monday, May 16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with Mrs. Joyce Marsh officiating. Interment will be in Pipestone Cemetery.
For those who so desire, memorial tributes may be made to Pipestone United Church, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice in memory of Tom.
