April 26,1942 – July 26, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Wray Lampman at London Victoria Hospital on Tuesday July 26, 2022 in his 81st year.
Beloved son of the late Roy and Gladys Lampman of St Anns Ontario
Survived by Carole McPherson (Chuck 2018), Carl Lampman (Marie 2020), Anita Huard (Marcel 2022), sister-in-laws Irene Lampman and Wendy Lampman.
Pre-deceased by Arthur Lampman (Della), Eugene Lampman (Jean), Carson Lampman, June Garrett (Ron), Glen Lampman, Marilyn Baker (Roger), Thelma Robertson (Stewart), Lorraine Martel (Bart), and Jean Lampman.
Wray will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews
Wray graduated from Brock University and worked many years as an environmentalist for the province of Ontario before his retirement. He Loved to travel and enjoyed playing many sports with friends including golf, bowling, baseball and hockey.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the London Victoria Hospital for all their care and compassion. Special thanks to social worker Kim and neighbours Mike and Rita for being there for Wray when he needed them.
Cremation has taken place and as per Wray’s wishes a private family burial will take place at a later date
