Richard Nicholas (Ziggy) Parsons
December 23, 1961 – May 5, 2022
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Gertrude (Chafe) Parsons and deceased members of the Parsons, Chafe and Grace families.
Left with fond and loving memories are his sons Nick (Jeana Caines) and Josh and their mother Joanne; his precious grandson Timothy; brother Patrick (Christine); sisters Theresa (Aiden, deceased) Heffernan, Bernadette (Garry) Connors, Catherine (Darryl) Manning, Margaret (Gerald) Stoyles, Michelle (Kenny) McGrath and Madonna O’Rielly; aunts and uncles Rose (Billy), Marion, Minnie and Bernadine as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special thanks to his friend Donnie Squires and his lifetime friend Tommy Parsons.
Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, TORBAY. Visitation on Monday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Church, Flatrock. Inurnment to follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Flatrock.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made in his memory to the Wiseman Centre or to the Stella Burry Circle.
