Peacefully on Friday, August 19, 2022, at home, surrounded by his family. Devoted father and father-in-law of Maxine and Mark Bagan and Steven and Nathalie Goodman. Proud grandfather of Branden (Nata) and Perry. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Norman and Gloria Goodman. Loving partner of Sarah Katz. Phil will be sadly missed by his extended family, nieces and nephews and many friends. Graveside service on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Shaare Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva strictly private.
