Obituary of Paul Douglas Johnston
Johnston, Paul – Our strong Dad, Paul Johnston, at the age of 81, passed away on October 17, 2022 in Beamsville, Ontario. He is predeceased by parents Albert & Audrey Johnston and by his beautiful wife June (nee Denton) of Dublin Ireland. He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Bouchard & her husband Rene Bouchard and son Ian Johnston.
Paul was an avid grape farmer who loved the land & his work. His farm was impeccable & admired by neighbours & people passing by. He always helped the poor & seniors. He loved his kids & did his best to provide for them. He may have been a man with a gruff exterior but he had a heart of gold. His family friends & neighbours will cherish his memory.
The family will receive friends at the Jordan Station United Church, 4105 Bridgeport Dr, Jordan Station, on Thursday October 20, 2022 from 10 – 12noon with funeral service starting at 12 noon. Interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery, Meaford on Friday.
If desired, memorial donations may abe made to St. Catharines General Hospital or Albright Manor.
