Michael Avrith
We are saddened by the sudden passing of Michael Avrith, on August 21st, 2022, at the amazing age of 102 years old. Beloved husband of the late Jenny Avrith (née Bezonsky) for seventy amazing years. Loving father of the late Marlyn Caplan. Adored grandfather and grandfather-in-law of Philip and Susan, Jason and Gena, Bryant, Shari and Teddy, and the late David Freedman. Proud great-grandfather of Michael, Megan and Greg, Ryan, Logan, Zachary and Emily, Lexie and Maya. Great-great-grandfather of Ellie. Brother and brother-in law of the late Harry and the late Bertha Avrith, the late Nettie and the late Abe Shragie, the late Sam and the late Beatrice Avrith, the late Charles Avrith, the late Henry Avrith and Natalie Avrith, the late Moses
(Mushy) Avrith and the late Esther Avrith, Philip Avrith, Seymour Avrith, Joyce Avrith and Steven Robinson; and brother-in-law of Sarah and the late Harry Rubin. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Farla and Penny and Pietro amongst others, and sadly missed by his family and friends.
Michael always lived life to his fullest. He was so full of life and loved having everyone around him. He loved his daily trips to the mall to visit his friends. This past weekend he honored us with his presence at his great-grandson’s wedding, walking down the aisle in his tuxedo looking dapper and handsome, and entertaining everyone around him. He loved his whole family and friends. Michael will be sadly missed by all.
