GILLS, Mary Ann (nee Balazs) – passed away at the Cedarwood Village Nursing Home, Simcoe on Sunday, December 4th, 2022 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Gills (2016). Cherished sister of Maggie Moore (late Danny) of Simcoe. Loving aunt & great aunt of Gary Moore (Angela) of Vittoria, children Nathan, Nicholas & Nash; and Peter Moore (Tracy) of Simcoe, children Jewell & Andrew. Mary Ann will be lovingly remembered by many extended family. Mary Ann was an avid bowler & golfer winning many tournaments. Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary Ann with her family at the JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe for visitation on Friday, December 9th, 2022 from 11:30 – 12:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Fr. Augustine Ogundele officiating. Interment of ashes: Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe. Those wishing to donate in memory of Mary Ann are asked to consider the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation.
