Leslie Norman Sorensen
September 17, 1954 – August 4, 2022
We are very sad to announce the sudden passing of Leslie Norman Sorensen of Duval, SK on August 4, 2022. Les was born September 17, 1954.
He is predeceased by his parents Irvin and Gladys Sorensen and his sister Janice Sorensen.
Les leaves behind to mourn his loving wife of almost 49 years Linda; son Jarret (Gail) Sorensen; daughter Alicia (Shawn) Flavel; and son Curtis Sorensen. Les will be dearly missed by his grandsons Braden, Eric and Chase Flavel, and Dallin Sorensen. Les also leaves to mourn sisters Marilyn (Gerry) Erhardt, Cheryl Sorensen (Keith), Lana (Tracey) Beaudin; brothers Blaine (Donna) Sorensen, Terry (Michel) Sorensen; sisters in law Corinne Forbes, Karlene Murney, Jocelyn (Bill) Jacobs and brother in law Kelly John Murney as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.
Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye… Les was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, friend and neighbor. He will be greatly missed by all. At Les’s request, there will be no funeral. We are all grateful for the support and love shown by everyone. Les loved a good visit and enjoyed teasing and joking any chance he could.
