Obituary for
Lee Chow
1931 – 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father and grandfather, Len Chow on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at the age of 90 years.
Len was born on August 7, 1931, in China, and came to Canada determined to make a better life for him and his family. He operated a number of restaurants in Edmonton, most notably the Ho Ho restaurant in HUB mall. He loved to cook and bake and excelled at both.
Len will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Linda; daughter, Judy (Ernie) and son, Rocky; granddaughter, Sydney Hui; and niece, Michelle Lee. He is also survived by his younger brother, Ping Lee Chow; and wife, Amy.
Funeral Service Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 1 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Cremation will subsequently take place.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that if friends so desire, memorial donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
