Obituary of Keith Donald Bellan
Keith Bellan
January 18, 1938 – May 17, 2022
It is with great sadness that the family of Keith Bellan announce his passing on May 17, 2022, in Prince Albert, SK.
Keith is survived by his wife of 62 years, Beverly Bellan; daughter, Chris (Scot) Johnson of Saskatoon, SK, grandsons Kyle and Brett (Brooke); daughter, Shari (Terry) Williams of Saskatoon, SK, granddaughters Sarah and Jenna; sisters-in-law Thelma Kelly and Patricia Bellan; brothers-in-law Dave Kenney and Al Leland.
Keith was predeceased by his mother, Garda Boyd; stepfather, Clifford Boyd; sister, Carole Leland; and brother, Lester Bellan.
Keith was born and raised in Prince Albert, SK. He worked for 42 years at Bowman Brothers/Acklands. His love of nature and the outdoors began at an early age. Keith’s special place was the family cabin at Christopher Lake where he spent holidays with family every year. He was an avid member of the Prince Albert Ski Club. Throughout the years he recruited many family members to enjoy skiing or hiking the trails with him at Little Red River Park or Prince Albert National Park. He also loved camping and canoeing the waters in Waskesiu, Jasper, and Christopher Lake. We will see you around the next corner Dad, one day soon.
At Keith’s request, there will be no funeral service. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later time. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306) 922-4729.
