Kabbeke: Blair, 54 years, beloved husband of Tracy Kay, father of Amanda, Kelsey, Ryan, Taylor and Brooklyn, passed away at the Redvers Health Centre on Monday, August 22, 2022. A celebration of Blair’s life will be held at the Sinclair Community Hall, Sinclair, Manitoba, on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. (Manitoba Time). Private interment in the Tilston Cemetery at a later date. In memory of Blair, donations may be made to the MS Society or to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre 4101 Dewdney Avenue Regina, Saskatchewan S4T 7T1.
