Suddenly on Monday, November 14th, 2022 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Christine Gibbons. Dear father of Mark Gibbons (Carol Baughman), Susan Leiska (John) and Teresa Gibbons. Cherished Grandad of Ellie. Predeceased by his brother Stuart Gibbons. John will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre 21 First St Orangeville on Friday, November 18th, 2022 at 2:30 pm with visitation beginning at 1:30 pm. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of John in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
