Skinner – The death
occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Monday,
October 3, 2022, of John F. Skinner, of Charlottetown, aged 92 years.
Born in Cambridge, MA, he was the son of the late Fred and Beatrice
(Mosher) Skinner. He was a Veteran of the Korean War. Survived by his
wife Mary (Tourett) Skinner; children Kathy D’Abbraccio,
Claire (Stephen) Bailey, Jackie (Ricardo) Acosta, John Jr. (Rosa)
Skinner and Fred (Kelly) Skinner; 19 grandchildren; 22
great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; step-children Jean
Marie Tallack (Brad Pitre), Brenda (Charlie) Kendall, Roxanne Tallack
(William Rafuse), James Tallack and Petrina (Micheal) Whynot; 11
step-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; and by furbaby
« Marley ». Predeceased by his daughter Penny Skinner;
grandson Garret Skinner; step-daughter Kim Tallack; and his sister
Beatrice Tanner. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No funeral
service or visiting hours by request. Memorial donations to the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital Foundation would be
appreciated.
