Dieppe – Bernice Gaudet, 83, passed away on Sunday, July 10th, 2022, at her residence.
Born in Saint-Grégoire (Bouctouche), NB, she was the daughter of the late Adelard and the late Anita (Roy) Dionne.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Gaudet was a nurse at Hôtel-Dieu and Villa du Repos. She enjoyed oil painting classes, exercise and was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or and Saint-Anselme parish.
She is survived by her husband, Offa Gaudet; her daughter, Maryse LeBlanc (Ronald) of Scoudouc; her sons: Jean-Claude (Carole) and Daniel (Nadine), both of Dieppe; her sisters: Thérèse Arsenault (Rhéal) and Jeannine Dionne (Marie Savoie), both of Bouctouche; her brothers: Alphonse (Yolande), Raymond (late Marcia) and Paul (Murielle), all three of Moncton, Alban (late Dorine) and George (Ghislaine), both of Bouctouche; her sister-in-law, Valdine Dionne of Saint-Louis-de-Kent and Rosemonde Dionne of Bouctouche; her brother-in-law, Raoul LeBlanc of Bouctouche; her grandchildren: Marcel, Caroline, Annie, Dominic, Natasha, Caleb and Camie; her great grandchildren: Alec, Danika, Zoe and Simon, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Simonne and by her brothers: Roger and Clarence.
In respecting with the family’s request, face covering will be mandatory for the visitation and funeral.
Visitation will be held from Passage – Chartersville, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (506) 857-1901), on Monday, July 18th, 2022, from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Funeral mass will be held from Saint-Anselme RC Church, Dieppe, NB, on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022, at 11 am.
In her memory, donations can be made to a memorial of choice.
