FRITH, Gordon Wilmer
Passed away suddenly, yet peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Meaford on Thursday September 8, 2022 in his 89th year. Gord was born and raised in Collingwood where he raised his family. Son of the late William and Gladys (nee Foster) Frith. Dear father of Rick (Gina), Robert and Brett (Cathy). Devoted grandfather of Candace (Warren) and Jennifer (Philip). Loving great grandfather of Ara, Rafn, Ayelet, Rai and Mila. He will be missed by his dear friend Betty MacDuffie. Family was very important to Gord and he cared deeply for them. He loved his animals and was a real car buff, being a taxi driver for many years. The family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital, Meaford Hospital, Errinrung Nursing Home and his family practitioner Dr. Harry O’Halloran.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood. A graveside service has been held at Westmount Baptist Cemetery.
