Passed away peacefully at Hospice Peterborough on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Beatrice Tucker (d. 2019), loving father of Dale Tucker, Geraldine
Tucker-Manning (Bruce), Wally Tucker, and the late Duane Tucker (d. 1980), all of Apsley.
Poppa will always have a special place in the hearts of his grandchildren Leslie and Logan Tucker, Chad Tucker (Sarah), Byron Tucker, Aaron Manning, Dylan Manning, Teal Tucker, Kali Tucker, Jake Tucker, and Christopher Kellar.
Poppa will be missed by his great-grandchildren, especially Owen and Hailey Tucker.
Dear brother of Wayne Tucker (d.) (Rose) and Marie Watson (d.) (Keith), brother in law to Floris Wilson (late Jim), Vera McMillan (Roy), Morley Johnston, Jack Johnston (Doris), Bessie Anderson (d.) Uncle Gerry is survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Flora Tucker, wife Beatrice, and son Duane.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES- Lakefield Chapel, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm.
