Elizabeth Catherine Francis Richard (nee Cybulski)

God has called you home, at the age of 69. After a long courageous battle with Ovarian Cancer, our warrior has laid down her sword. Left behind to mourn, her loving husband, best friend and soul mate of 50 years Leonard Richard, her children, Shelley Erickson-Spike (Robin Erickson), Sheldon Richard (Wendy), her grandsons Zacharey Spike, Joshua Spike (Callie), Ashton Richard (Rhianna Bovair), Avery Richard (Cauri Ash), Owen, Carter, Raiden Erickson and her fur babies Bella and Mia. Dear sister to Kenny Cybulski (Rita), Theresa Gutoskie (late Jackie), Gerald Cybulski (Audrey), Clarence Cybulski (Roseann), Darlene Landrie, Ann Marie Cybulski, James Cybulski (Loraine) and Kathleen Pecaskie (Francis). Sister-in-Law to, Veneta Richard (late Donald), Barry Richard (Marlene), Terry Richard (late Pam), Cecil Hodgins (late Catherine), Cassian Kingsbury (Mike), Allen Richard. She will be missed by her God Children, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Kathleen Cybulski (nee Visutski), brother Leonard. In-laws Percy and Clara Richard (nee Kluke), Ronald, Larry, Betty Ann, Bernadette, Leeann Richard, and Joe Kingsbury.
We don’t want to do this life without you mom but we will. We will live life to the fullest, we will carry on honoring God and living the life you showed us how to live, with passion, respect, honesty, integrity, love and joy. We will take care of Dad and we will keep your memory alive through stories and pictures. We will smell the baby’s heads. We love you mom, until we meet again.
Visitation will be held at the Goulet Funeral Home, 310 Argyle St. S, Renfrew on Tuesday August 23rd from 6-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church on Wednesday August 24th at 10:30 am. Interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
Many thanks to Father Holly, Father Lacey, the Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics, as well as family, friends and strangers for their continuous prayers, cards and food. Special thanks to Kathleen Pecaskie and Heather Bovair, (the A Team) for their excellent care and for their crash course in training (B Team) and the benchwarmers, to enable us to bring Mom home. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Our Lady of Fatima Building Fund, or Barry’s Bay Hospice can be made. Family forever.
