Passed away peacefully at the Douglas memorial Hospital on Dec.21, 2022.
Reunited with his loving wife Janice. Cherished father of Christine Moccia (John) and Kelly Sauer (Ross). He will be greatly missed by grandchildren Terrin, Cocoa, Ashley, James, Daniel and Taylor who will continue to tell his stories to great grandchildren Lucas, Blakely, Vienna and Nicholas.
Predeceased by his brother Wayne and Parents Joseph and Florence.
Doug worked as an electrician with the Region of Niagara. He will be remembered for his love of family and his kind and giving demeanor.
Williams Funeral Services (722 Ridge Rd. N., Ridgeway) has been entrusted with arrangements. Respecting Doug’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Life held at the Fort Erie Conservation Club on Ott Rd., Stevensville Friday January 6th at 1 pm.
