Cochrane: Ruth Ann passed away peacefully at Fairview Personal Care Home, Brandon, on Tuesday, September 28, 2022 at the age of 61 years. Ruth was born in Souris, Manitoba October 31, 1961 to Eldon & Louella Cochrane and lived in Elgin, Souris and Brandon. She will be remembered by her brother Donald of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Aunt Donalda Neufeld of Brandon, Manitoba, Uncle Ossie Cochrane of Vernon, B.C., extended family the Rowe’s who were very special to her. There are numerous cousins and classmates who will remember her. Very special thanks to all the Fairview staff for their care, support and love shown to Ruth. A private graveside service will be held at the Elgin Cemetery at a later date.
