Carrie Ann MacQuarrie (Zaraska)
It saddens us to say, Carrie passed away at foothills hospital March 29, 2022, of natural causes.
A daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a friend.
Carrie leaves behind her son, Scott (Hope), daughter Leah, (grandson: Colten) mother and father Mavis and John, sisters Penny (Barrie) and Dana (John) and brother Doug. And many nieces and nephews.
We will remember Carrie for her love of the sunshine, playing with her plants and reading books and also for the love she brought to so many lives.
Carrie was born in Grand Forks, BC. 1965 /07/26 Her family moved to Merritt, BC and then Elk Point, Ab where she graduated from high school. She resided for a short time in Edmonton and Saskatoon but spent most of her life living and raising her family in Lethbridge, Ab.
As Carrie wasn’t a fan of large crowds or being the center of attention, the family has decided on a small family gathering at a further date.
