Passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Chesley on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Carolyn Geraldine McCracken (nee MacCannell) of Chesley formerly of Markdale in her 67th year.
Loving mother of William Dan McCracken (Cherylann Brooks) of Vanastra, and Jamie McCracken (Jennifer Campbell) of Tiverton.
Cherished grandmother of James Jantzen of Walkerton, Karrissa McCracken (Andrew) of Ayton, Sarah Middleton of Mount Forest, Jesse McCracken of Tiverton, Dema Campbell of Owen Sound, Matthew Rea of Tiverton, Kyle Rea of Tiverton, Malcom McCracken (Reilly) of Hanover, Dylan Campbell (Trinity) of Kincardine, Naythan Campbell of Tiverton, and Kaden McCracken-Harrington of Port Elgin.
Loving great-grandmother of Ethan Pfeffer and Jaxton McCracken. Also survived by siblings Jim MacCannell, Kathy Stoddart (George), Anne Norris (Rodger), and Clara Savelli (Nicholas).
Sadly missed by special niece Laurie Meunier, special nephews Adam MacCannell & Neil MacCannell both of Hamilton, extended family and friends.
Predeceased by daughter Nina Carol McCracken, grandson Steven Middleton, Husband William Arthur Daniel McCracken and long-time partner Gladwin Ransome.
A Funeral Service will be held at the May Funeral Home, Markdale, on Monday, July 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment in Markdale Cemetery.
