THRESHER (nee Demco), Carla Moraine
It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Carla Thresher on August 30, 2022, in Kelowna, BC.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Scott of 30 years; her daughter, Tarra (Colin) Harbarenko and their sons, Ben and Matt; her son, Lee (Lisa) Sputek and their sons, Nicolas and Daniel; stepson’s, Ryan (Kristy) Thresher and their children, Summer and Ryder and Blake (Ester) Thresher and their sons, Evan and Ethan. Carla also leaves behind her mother, Alice Middagh; the Demco Sisters, Glenna and her sons, Sean and Kevin, Patricia, and Shona (Dave Bourne) as well as extended family and countless number of friends.
Carla was born on January 7, 1955 in Edmonton, Alberta to Alice and Andrew Demco.
A Funeral Reception will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at South Side Memorial Chapel (8310-104 Street NW, Edmonton, AB) at 11:00am followed by interment at Rosehill Cemetery (1605-141 Street SW, Edmonton, AB)
A Celebration of Life will be held in West Kelowna at a late date with details to follow.
