It is with great sadness and love that we say goodbye to our dear husband, father and grandfather who passed away July 30, 2022, at the age of 68 years.
Ron is lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 50 years Patti, his daughter Sara, son-in-law Matt and granddaughter Paisley, his granddaughter Kalli, brother Jim (Lorraine), and very special nephew Michael. He will be greatly missed by numerous nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
He was predeceased by his parents Chester and Norma, his sister Terry (Don), and father-in-law Jim.
Ron lived his life to the fullest and always selflessly cared for everyone around him. As retired Deputy Chief of the Millet Fire Department he served his community and saved lives for 25 years. Most will remember him as a Harley enthusiast as he first started riding 50 years ago. His memory will be cherished by his fire-fighter family, his riding family, and countless friends he made along the way.
Memorial donations can be made to the Millet Fire Department (5138 45 Ave, Millet, AB T0C 1Z0). As per Ron’s wishes no funeral service will be held.
