It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Adelaide Melloy of St. Lawrence announces her passing. Adelaide passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at the age of 73.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons, Randy Melloy (Joyce) of Little St. Lawrence, Johnny Melloy of St. Lawrence and Herbie Melloy (Alana) of St. Lawrence; daughters, Roxanne Beck of St. Lawrence and Sara Melloy (Albert) of Creston; 6 grandchildren, Tyler Beck (Deanne), Jody Beck, Kellie Kettle (Jonah), Kerry Burke (Jada), Leah Burke and Nicholas Francis; 2 great-grandchildren, Logan and Livia Beck; special homecare workers, Joyce Melloy and Donna Fitzpatrick; plus a large circle of family and friends.
Predeceased by husband, Randell Melloy; parents, Herbert & Winnifred Lundrigan; and 6 infant brothers.
Adelaide loved her family dearly. All her friends were only a phone call away. She cared deeply for all her children, but Johnny was her life and she was Johnny’s. Please say an extra prayer to help Johnny get through the difficult days ahead.

Interment to follow at Mount Cecilia R.C. Cemetery, St. Lawrence.
