Leah Mary Gallant
1967-2022
It is with saddened hearts, we announce the death of our dear
angel and sister Leah, on Monday, November 14, 2022 at the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital while surrounded by her family.
Leah, 55, was born on June 20, 1967. Her loves in life were
Her Mom, her family, chicken burgers, Tim Horton’s ,
chocolates and listening to music, but on some days not in that
order.
Leah is survived by her mother Marie Argentine, brothers;
Richard (Judy), Paul (Ann), and sisters Marie Buskell (Barry), Nancy
Munro (Wain), Claudette Gallant, Gisele Berthiaume and Marie Geraldine
Keogh (Gerry). She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Clarence (Red
Joe) Gallant. Leah was the dear Aunt to; Erika MacLean (Mitchell),
Dexter (Emily), Austin Munro (Sheri Butler), Kayla Cowell (Tom),
Jessica Mutch (Amanda Creamer), Emily Mutch Rooney (Bradford),
Courtney Berthiaume (Keaton Vessey) and Riley Berthiaume. She was also
the Great Aunt to; Isla Lilly, William, Alexis, Greyson and
Dennison.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
for visiting hours on Thursday, November 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The funeral will be held on Friday, November 18th with funeral mass
from St. Pius X Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the Roman
Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, Camp Gencheff, PEI Special Olympics or
