Due to Covid-19 capacity restrictions, we are inviting family and friends to pay their respects, offer condolences and then kindly exit the building to allow for others to enter. A maximum of 50 people will be permitted into the visitation room at a time.

Vincenzo Caringi, born March 10 1930 in Sora, Frosinone, Italia passed on to heaven peacefully, on December 24th 2021 in his 91st year. With a better life in mind for his family Vincenzo travelled by boat to Canada in 1965. After first landing in Halifax with his wife and three children, Vincenzo settled with his family in Toronto. Here he worked hard as a cement finisher to provide for his family and build a life for them in their new home.
Vincenzo lived life beautifully and will forever be remembered as a generous and popular man, with a great sense of humour, who always had time for his friends and his beautiful garden, of which he was justifiably proud and protective. Like his garden, he watched his family grow and succeed with the help of his love, care and the countless lessons he taught first to his children then his grandchildren.
He loved his wife, children, son-in-law’s and his grandchildren immensely and always knew how to make those around him feel at home and loved. He leaves behind his loving wife of 67 years Loretta, his children Enzo, Connie, and Maria(Vito). His Grandchildren, Vincent(Katie), Christina and Adrian(Joanna) and his companions Beau, Bosco, and Sophie whom he cherished and loved all of his days.
His love of life, family and friends was truly a light in the world and because of how freely and indiscriminately he shared it, will never be extinguished.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
