On May 8, 2021, Ray passed from this life into the presence of his Lord and Saviour.
Ray was born in Schuller, AB and grew up in Redcliff. He was a quiet, humble man and a true gentleman, devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He worked for A.G.T. across southern Alberta, Calgary, and Leduc until retiring after 35 years of service. His grandchildren have fond memories of spending time with him and Gramma at the cabin at Sylvan Lake.
He will be greatly missed by daughter Theresa (Bob); son Murray; grandchildren Amanda (Rob), Rosalie, Eric (Jenna), Dean (Kim) & Cody (Markie); great-grandchildren Brent & Austin, and one more due in June; brothers Jack (Mary Anne), Jim; sisters-in-law Audrey & Katherine.
He was predeceased by his wife Winnie; daughter Rebecca; son Graham; sisters Lillian & Sally; & brother Howard.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, no service will be held. A memorial may be held at a later date.
