The family of Susanna “Susie” Fortman, age 100, of Swift Current are saddened to announce her passing on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at the Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current, SK.
The Private Family Graveside Service for Susie Fortman will take place on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from the Turnhill Cemetery, Beaver Flat, SK with Pastor Kevin Snyder officiating.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Swift Current Funeral Home.
In memory of Susie Fortman, donations made to the Turnhill Cemetery or East Side Church of God would be appreciated by the family.
