Beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend
Following her short battle with cancer Shannon Elaine Vaughan (nee Palmateer) of Walkerton passed away on August 7th, 2021 at the age of 53.
Shannon was born in Cobourg, Ontario to David and Mary Palmateer. She was the proud Mother of her two wonderful children Kyle and Eryn. Beloved sister of Tammy Snider (Jeff). Shannon also leaves behind three much loved nephews, Jake, Ryan and Will Snider, as well as all of her nieces and nephews on the Vaughan side of the family. Shannon will be fondly remembered by her co-workers and friends and will be missed by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
Shannon will always be remembered for her zest for life, her lively personality, sense of humour and perpetually positive outlook. Anyone who came into her life became a friend. Shannon loved people and people loved her.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 14th, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm. at the Walkerton Knights of Columbus Hall (ON-9, Mildmay, ON N0G 2J0)
