Samuel B. Symes, 77, of Moncton,
with his loving family by his side, passed away peacefully at The
Moncton Hospital on Sunday, September 12,
Born in Ford’s Mills,
he was the son of the late Borden and Nellie (Thompson) Symes. Samuel
retired as a refrigeration tradesman.
Samuel will be sadly missed by
his wife, Elsie (Flanagan) Symes; son, Kevin (Kimberley) and daughter,
Karen; grandchildren, Samuel (Jessica), Kathleen and Emily and great
grandchildren, William and Amelia; sisters, Jeanice, Pearl (Don), Jean
(David) and Ruby; brothers, Albert (Gloria), Lennie (Hilda), Vance,
Steven (Martha) and Jeffrey (Liz); as well as several nieces, nephews
and extended family members.
In addition to his parents, he
was predeceased by his sister, Edna.
In honoring Samuel’s
wishes, a private family service will be held from Fergusons Funeral
Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995). Interment will be in
Brown’s Yard Anglican Cemetery.
In memory of Samuel donations to
the Canadian Deafblind Association of New Brunswick, Canadian Cancer
Society or memorial of the donor’s choice would be
