Rosie M Mason ( nee Simard) passed away after her courageous battle with cancer, with family by her side, on Wednesday March 17,2021.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Arthur Mason. Her children Charlotte (Earl), Vanessa (Alfred), Posie (Jessie), Desiree (Larry). Sisters Norma, Jean, Margaret, Donna, Barbara. Brothers Charles, Milton, Arnold. Numerous Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
She was predeceased by her son George, her mother Noella Sutherland, her father Samuel Sutherland. Her brothers Joseph Simard and Murray Thomas. Sisters Geraldine and Valerie.
Rosie was born in Bissett Manitoba, she spent most of her life close to her family in Winnipeg.
She enjoyed life in the city; she built strong relationships with many close friends and co-workers.
She loved to work. She worked for over 5 years at Neechi Foods where her passion for cooking and love for the art of bannock was greatly appreciated. Her famous bannock created attention to customers worldwide, as far as China.
Rosie’s love was deeply devoted to her family, her husband, children, grand & great grandchildren. Her unforgettable life & heartfelt memory will continue to live on through her family.
The family would like to send a special thank everyone who expressed love & support throughout Rosie’s journey.

Sorry that i will be unable to attend the service, Rosie was a great lady and will be sorely missed by the many people who knew her. My condolences to the family
