Obituary of Romeo Lauzon
Peacefully at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, March 19, 2021. Romeo Lauzon of Alexandria at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Dorothy Séguin Lauzon (née Quesnel) and the late Aline Lauzon (née Quesnel). Loving father of Bruno Lauzon (Doris), Joanne O’Brien (Danny), Suzanne Delage (Doug), Lise Major (Jean), Jean Lauzon (Penny) and Roxanne (Luc Morin). Proud grandfather of Jamie-Lynn, Derek, Michael, Shane, Jocelyn, Melissa, Patrick, Krystal, Tyler, Joannie, Eric and Emelie; and 15 great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Sylva Lauzon (Jeannine) and the late Lionel Lauzon (Yvette). Romeo will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his large extended family; and by all who knew him, especially his dear friends Sonny Ménard and John Hope; and his doctor and friend Dr. Ghislain Marleau. Due to COVID-19 restriction, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
