It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Roger Arthur Mahar, on June 21, 2021, at the age of 73.
Cherished father of Holly (Sylvain), devoted grandfather of Jamie-Lee (Michael), Dallas (Laura) and step-grandfather of Thalie and Mathieu. He will also be deeply missed by his great-grandchildren Hunter and James, his brothers Charles (Sylvia), the late John (Janice), the late Richard (Denise) and Wayne (Julie), his sisters the late Elaine (Ken), Jo-Ann (the late Fred), Sylvia (Terry), Dale (Michel), Robin (Togo) and Sharon, his companion Ann, and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, June 28, 2021 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm followed by the funeral service at 13:30 pm at funeral Complexe Yves Légaré in Verdun : 5784, Verdun street.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the MUHC Foundation would be appreciated.
