With deep sadness we announce that Marcia Robinson has passed on February 12, 2021 at the age of 63 years old at the Millwoods Shepherd’s Care Centre in Edmonton, Alberta. Marcia Robinson was born to Henry and Iona Robinson (both deceased) in Montego Bay, Jamaica on March 4, 1957. Marcia is survived by her sons Nicholas and Michael and granddaughter Shanice Smith; sadly, Marcia lost her eldest daughter in June 2012. Marcia was an LPN for almost 30 years with the Good Samaritan Society, and it was her delight to show kindness and love to all her patients, as well as everyone that the Lord brought into her life.
Marcia was a loving and kind woman that was brought to life when she was serving people; whether she was cooking for friends and family or taking care of kids, Marcia just loved people. The most important point about Marcia is that she loved her Saviour Jesus Christ and that her whole life was based on following and serving him.
The family will have a public viewing of Marcia on Sunday, February 21, 2021 between 7:00-9:00 pm at Serenity Funeral Service, 5311 91 Street NW, Edmonton. A small, restricted service will be held on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 11:00 am at Hope City Church, 2225 66 Street NW, Edmonton.
