Obituary
The family of Richard Leif is saddened to announce his passing August 21, 2021 in Princeton, BC.
Born 1952 in Bruck/Daun, Germany.
At the age of 14 he signed his apprenticeship papers to become a chef and baker.
He moved to Canada in 1974 with his family where he continued his successful career as a chef.
He was predeceased by both his parents Josef and Katharina, his brother Klaus, his sisters Erika and Christina. Richard will be remembered and sadly missed by his son – Mike, daughter – Nicole and her husband Cecil, grandchildren – Eric, Emily, Abigail and Melissa, his sisters – Thekla, Resi and brother – Jakob and many other family members and friends in Canada and Germany.
Richard was kind and well like in his community. He will be sadly missed by everyone!
Richard’s family is having a private service but do appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
