1932-2021
The death occurred at Margaret Stewart Ellis Home,
O’Leary on Wednesday , June 2, 2021 of Mary
« Pearl » Rita McAllar formerly of Brae aged 89, wife of the
late Gerald McAllar. Pearl was born at Brae, on February 28, 1932,
daughter of the late John and Josephine (Maddix) Young.
Pearl is survived by Valerie Desroche, her God daughter and
caregiver, along with numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand
nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, husband, brothers Leo, Clarence,
Gerald, Pope, Harry Joseph, James, George, and sisters Mae, Mildred
and Rita.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary. Due to Covid restrictions a private visitation and
funeral by invitation only will be held on Friday June 4th. Interment
will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Brae.
