Suddenly, at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Monday, September 27, 2021 in her 58th year. Beloved wife of Dale of Ceylon. Loving step-mother of Angela and Andrew McGrady. Much loved sister of Kevin Moore of Dromore. Special Aunt to Benjamin (Elsa), Tyler(Carolyn) and Nicole(Graham). Patty is loved and remembered by mother in law Barbara Cudmore and sister in law Cathy (Don) Charlobois.
Patti was kind, thoughtful and generous. She was a PSW at Rockwood Terrace for many years before suffering 2 strokes and a heart attack and retiring in 2015. Her smile and warmth made every resident feel like part of the family.
The family will receive friends at Fawcett Funeral Cremation Reception on Saturday, October 2 from 12noon until the time of service at 1pm. RSVP required.
