Obituary
Nora Hildebrandt (nee Friesen) age 85 years of Altona, Manitoba passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.
She is survived by her children Audrey (Ron) Schmidt, Brad (Laura) Dueck, and Rod (Kim) Dueck, as well as her step children Darlene, Sharon, Leonard, Lorna (Dave), and Sylvia (Errol). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren, 1 sister and 3 brothers.
She was predeceased by her first husband David B. Dueck, her second husband Menno John Hildebrandt, 2 step daughters, 1 sister, and 2 brothers.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church with interment to follow at the Altona Cemetery. Due to current health orders, we kindly request only those who are fully vaccinated attend the service. A livestream of the service will be made available.
Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Wednesday, October 20 from 1:00 – 9:00 p.m., and Thursday, October 21 from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Donations in memory of Nora may be made to MCC, Altona and District Palliative Care, or to the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church (Serving Group).
