Obituary of Nicole Paulette Sauve (née Savage)
It is with heavy hearts but wonderful memories that we announce the unexpected passing of Nicole Sauve on Saturday, January 23rd, 2021, at the age of 65.
Nicole will be forever lovingly remembered by her family, who meant everything to her. Beloved wife and best friend of Shawn Sauve. Loving and devoted mother to Chris (Pam) and Nic (Jessie). Proud and doting grandmother to Scarlett.
Nicole is survived by her sister, Suzanne Infantino (Jim), and brothers Gerry Savage (Suzanne) and Dennis Savage. She was predeceased by her father, Antonio Savage, and her brothers Raymond Savage (Charlotte, deceased) and Roger Savage (Nancy). Nicole was cherished by her dear mother, Hélène Savage, who passed away in April 2021 at the age of 98. Nicole will be missed and fondly remembered by her large extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Mass honouring both Nicole and her mother, Hélène, will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, August 13th at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish (1758 Alta Vista Drive). Interment to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery (455 Montreal Road). An Informal Lunch will take take place at 1:00 p.m. at Lone Star Texas Grill (1211 Rue Lemieux).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
