CAUSEY, Murray Leslie-
Entered into rest at Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, Picton on Thursday, November 11th, 2021, Murray Causey of Picton died at the age of 99. He was the son of the late William & Lillian Causey and cherished husband for 44 years of Fran Causey. Murray was the loving father (mother – Jean Causey, deceased) of Stephen of Picton, Nancy (Skip Smiley) of Edmonton, Karen Rea of Edmonton, Elizabeth (Lisa) (Wayne Williamson) of Cornwall, and Janice (Alan Carroll) of Oakville. He was the grandfather of Rhys, Monique, Lisa, Stephanie, Aaron, Angie, Jason, Justin, Scott, Joel, and Jennifer, and to his 11 great grandchildren.
Murray is survived by his brothers Raymond, William, Stirling, Gregory, James Steward, and James Jamieson, and his sisters Reva, Lorraine, and Marie, and he is predeceased by his brothers Douglas, Kenneth, Norm, Williard, Earle Rankin, and Robert Cook, and his sisters Doris and Marion. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Causey rested at the Rushnell Funeral Home – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street West, Picton (613 476-2450). In keeping with Murray’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Online condolences can be left at: www.rushnellfamilyservices.com.
