Passed away peacefully on July 15, 2021 with his family by his side on 85 years of age. Beloved father of Paul Weekes and Joanne (Ross) Thompson. Loving Granddad of Madeleine, Cheyanne, Jade, Ross Jr., and Rayne. Mitchelston will be missed by Grandma Shirley, daughter-in-law Lorna, his siblings Lanny (Gordon) Gittens, Tyrone Marshall, Ophelia (Trevor) Williams, Deighton Marshall and Bryan (Anna) Gittens, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends from Barbados, England, USA and Canada.
On Thursday, July 22, 2021 friends and family are welcome to meet at Woodland Cemetery (700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON) at 1:00 p.m. for a burial service.
