It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Michael Miller after a brief illness on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of Joyce for 66 years. Loving father of Tim and Lisa (Joseph Brooks).
Cherished grandpa of Cheryl Lynn (Chuck) De la Cruz and Michael James and Papa of Connor and Charlotte. Dear brother of Stella Greenwood and Joan Marston, and brother-in-law of Jack (Paula) Fahrer and Jean King. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his three brothers and six sisters.
Mike was a jack of all trades, taking a particular interest in woodworking. His green thumb can be seen in the amazing gardens he kept.
Mike’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener. Visitation will continue from 12 to 12:45 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021, followed by a Funeral Liturgy in the funeral chapel at 1 p.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
