Obituary of Mary Alice Golding
Golding, Mary Alice 88 of Bear River passed away April 25, 2021 in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Born in Bear River she was a daughter of the late Ira and Gladys (Peck) McCormick. Mary was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch in Bear River and was a member of the Clementsport Legion as well. She worked for the Red Cross and enjoyed Square Dancing. She is survived by sons: Brian ( Bonnie) of Kelowna, Stanley( Beverley) of Calgary, Todd(Sam) of Bear River; daughters Gladys (Cameron) Johnson of Bear River; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband Easterby Sloan and second husband Carl Golding, brother Everett McCormick; sisters: Clara Brooks and Ella Jane McCormick
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. A graveside service will be held at a later date when COVID 19 restrictions allow.
