Mary Lou Luckham
“When I Must Leave You”- Our mother Mary Lou (Richardson) Luckham, surrounded by her family who love her so deeply, we took her hand and gave her to our “Father” on Sunday, August 1st, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late William “Ted” Luckham (1999) and dear mother of Lynn Bruner (Michael), Cathy Walton and Judy Luckham, grandmother of Patricia Henry (Jason), Carrie McLaughlin (Michael), Michael Bruner and Andrea Ongaro, (Thomas), great-grandmother of Nathan, Josh, Joel, Charlie, Klarke, Elle and Priscilla. Mary Lou was born in Sarnia and was employed for many years in the hardware section at the Sentry Department Store. She was a former and active member of St. Paul’s United Church. A family gathering will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9) from 9:00 am on Friday, August 6th, 2021 before leaving in procession to Resurrection Cemetery where a graveside committal service will be held at 11:00 am. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis and the current restrictions placed on the funeral home masks are mandatory and social distancing is required. Any charitable donations made in memory of Mary Lou to the Sarnia Humane Society or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation will be appreciated by the family.
