Passed away peacefully at home in her sleep on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at the age of 76. Loving mother of Penny Lampman, Tammy and her husband Walter Gillard and the late Robert Lampman (July 5, 1975). Proud Grandma of Robert, Tasha, Kyle, Tara, Amanda and her honourary granddaughter Melissa. Great-Grandmother of Carson, Callum, Cai, Skylar, Rowan and Hunter. Dear sister of Betty Hamilton (predeceased Oct. 27, 2020), Susie Fisher and John Fisher and his wife Julie.
Mary was a creative and artistic woman, who enjoyed painting ceramics for her family and friends. She enjoyed spending her free time at the trailer, surrounded by those she loved. Mary always looked forward to her girls’ trips to the States to go shopping every year. She loved the adventures she had with her siblings when they travelled through Australia and New Zealand. Meeting and talking to new people always made her happy, which was one of the reasons she loved her job at Tim Horton’s.
Mary’s family will receive relatives and friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener. Please note that if you plan to attend, masks are mandatory and you must RSVP through the funeral home website or by calling (519) 749-8467. A private family service will be held.
