Death notice
It is with profound sadness that the family of Margaret Padloo Qutiaquq Oliver announce her sudden passing at Georgian Bay General Hospital following a brief illness on Wednesday, June 29, 2021 at the age of 26. Maggi was born in Iqaluit, Nunavut on March 19, 1995 to the late Saa Qutiaquq. Her contagious smile and generous spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her parents Keith and Julie Oliver, and her brothers Rory Oliver and Ooloopie Killiktee. She will remain in the hearts of her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and especially by her partner Sheldon Puddicombe. If desired, memorial donations to New Studio & Gallery for Native Arts Society-GOFUNDME or to an Indigenous charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
